The CGT has confirmed that it will participate in the Federal March next Saturday in rejection of President Javier Milei's comments against the LGBT community. The mobilization will take place from Congress to Plaza de Mayo. According to sources from the labor federation cited by the Argentine News Agency, this decision was made after a meeting of union leaders with the president of the Mothers of Plaza de Mayo-Founding Line, Taty Almeida, and human rights organizations.

The CGT received Taty Almeida and members of the Human Rights Organizations Table, to whom it reaffirmed its support after the incidents with the government of Javier Milei. When asked if they would participate in the march, the leadership of the federation responded positively. The Federal March will also have the presence of other labor federations, such as the two factions of the CTA, which will also join the mobilization under the slogans "Anti-fascist" and "Anti-racist."

The demonstration, called for 4 PM by the Organizing Committee of the Pride March and other organizations of the LGTBIQ+ collective, will start from Congress to Plaza de Mayo. In the words of the CGT, this event aims to show a strong rejection of the attacks made by the authorities and to reaffirm the commitment to the fight for human rights and diversity.
